Hi Lelong. I am interested in your statistic about overseas buying. All the while, I thought Lelong only deals in local market. I want my items to be exposed to as wide as possible and that is the reason why I do transaction on ebay.com. Since ebay.com.my is offering free listing and free final value, Lelong.my also should follow suit. This is competition.

Googling on lelong tells a lot of bad experiences by both sellers and buyers in Lelong.my. Lelong should come out in the open more often to explain what actions or remedies can solve the bad experiences. Introducing so many latest security features is no use since users are not informed.

Social media is catching up. lelong should engage with people.

Hi Liow, thank you for your input and comments. You’ve brought out some great points and we agree that there may be some issues in the past with some members but much has changed since then – which is also one of the main reasons of why we’re in the midst of putting together Malaysia’s first and largest E-Commerce Fair to not only promote the E-Commerce community, but to once again introduce Lelong.my and its enhanced features.
Do drop us an email at ecfair@lelong.my and we’ll get the right person to address your concerns and to hear of your awesome suggestions, too! We are definitely keen in moving forward with our users. Thanks for voicing it out, Liow. It means a lot!
